Nicole Maher serves as the Executive Director of the National Steering Committee for the Concrete Industry Management (CIM) program. With deep industry expertise and proven leadership, she brings decades of experience, including her role as Chief Operating Officer at the National Ready Mixed Concrete Association (NRMCA). Since 2013, Nicole has also served as Secretary/Treasurer for the NSC, demonstrating her unwavering commitment to advancing CIM’s mission.
