At the recent Aggregate and Ready-Mix Association of Minnesota (ARM) convention in Minneapolis, the Concrete Industry Management (CIM) North Central Region Chairman Thor Becken presented South Dakota State University (SDSU) CIM students with the program’s first scholarship checks.
