Competition for employees in the concrete industry is becoming more challenging everyday. Companies involved in the Concrete Industry Management (CIM) Program have found that the program provides a continual pipeline of professionals to meet the growing demands of their businesses.

The CIM curriculum provides graduates with a broad range of educational, practical and hands-on experiences in sales, operations, project and production management, testing, construction and technical services within the concrete industry. CIM graduates are employed throughout the country with companies such as: concrete producers; cement, admixtures or equipment manufacturers; concrete or general contracting; residential construction; and development.
