Why did you choose this position and this company?
When I attended MTSU, we had the opportunity to interact with various companies, including Structural Group. This company stuck out to me as one that valued respect, and that is why I chose to work at Structural Group.
How did the CIM program prepare you for your current job responsibilities?
I received valuable technical training while also receiving equally important training in business and management.
Why did you choose the CIM program?
I always wanted to work in the construction industry. I had a few friends in the program, and the direct interaction with industry leaders and coursework specific to construction really appealed to me.
What advice would you give to current CIM students?
Be honest and work hard. Have the conviction to ask the tough questions up front, and do not wait to see if a mistake or problem will go away. |
